Cotswold Chauffeur Services is licensed to provide car and driver services for private hire by Tewkesbury Borough Council. Our license number is PHO21. The company holds the relevant insurance for hire and reward of all of its vehicles and drivers.
Cotswold Chauffeur Services resumes the right to request for a full payment or a deposit when making a Non-Account booking.
Business or personnel accounts can be set up with credit and debit cards or alternatively direct debit as a method of payment.
All account charges incurred shall be invoiced after each booking or on the last working day of each month.
Rosehill Travel Ltd T/A Cotswold Chauffeur Services VAT number is 262372902 and ALL of our services attract VAT.
The quotation will include a 15 minute waiting period but the cost of car parking will be charged additionally where required.
Cotswold Chauffeur Services will charge for waiting at its standard rates after the initial 15-minute period has expired.
Tolls, congestion zones and parking are chargeable at cost.
Your booking charge may be subject to additional waiting time charges.
Cancellations within 24hours of travel are subject to 50% charge.
Cancellations on the day of travel are subject to 100% charge.
We operate a no smoking policy in all our vehicles.
Our chauffeurs travel using the most appropriate routes unless instructed otherwise at the time of booking.
Cotswold Chauffeur Services will make every effort that our chauffeurs arrive on time, however we cannot take responsibility for unforeseen circumstances i.e. Traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions, strikes or road works.
Cotswold Chauffeur Services reserves the right to refuse travel to anyone that is deemed to be a nuisance or danger to any passengers or any member of Cotswold Chauffeur Services
Clients are fully responsible for all damages they cause to the interior of the vehicle and will appropriately be billed for repairs carried out such as valeting needed to return the car to the condition it was originally hired in.
